Terms of Service
The fine print, kept as clear as the photographs. Effective 2026 · DLB Photography.
1. Bookings & Sessions
All sessions are scheduled by appointment and confirmed once a deposit is received. Dates and times are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. DLB Photography serves Orlando and Orange County, FL, and travel outside this area may incur additional fees.
2. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and is credited toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods and timing will be confirmed at booking.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Weather-dependent outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no penalty when conditions are unsafe.
4. Image Delivery & Editing
Each package includes a set number of edited images, selected and retouched at the photographer's discretion to reflect the studio's timeless black-and-white style. Final images are delivered digitally within the timeframe communicated at booking.
5. Usage & Copyright
DLB Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to print, share, and store their images for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial, editorial, or advertising use requires a separate licensing agreement.
6. Model Release
By participating in a session, clients grant DLB Photography permission to use resulting images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided in advance.
7. Liability
DLB Photography takes care to safeguard all image files but is not liable for loss beyond its control. Backing up delivered images is the client's responsibility.
